Good thinking Mark, why didn't I ever think of that? For some reason the easy solutions always evade me.

Ceramic fans, you may want to check this post by Salemgold: NotCigs refugee thread
Apparently a low cost source of ceramics ($4 for 10), plus the head they go on ($2) and what tank types they fit (tanks that fit Atlantis or cCell heads).
At 40 cents apiece they're at a consumable price point. No clue how you wick them -- stuff rayon in the center?
Learn something new every dayI liked the couple I tried, but not enough to get me away from playing with wire

Thanks Mark! I'm a fan of the ccells and the Melo3 so now I can have the best of both worlds!!
Now..I have to head off to work. As per usual, I hope you all have a great evening! And @Kaezziel I'm continuing to send good thoughts, positive vibes, white light and bright blessings to you and your wife.

I think mine was 26/32 or something like that.I really wanted to like all those fancy coils,so i tried the claptons, alien claptons, tiger coils, and even a basic 28 gauge twisted, and didn't like any of them.I guess i just like to keep it simple,so now my only go to wire for coils is 26 SS single strand,it keeps me happy haha.Yeah, I don't know what gauges of wire was used in the ones that came with the tank, but they sure needed a lot of power to ramp up at any decent speed... and you're right. At that point, it's just too hot to vape comfortably. I'll stick with my single strand 26g builds and the occasional 24g...

This really sucks to hear.I remember a while back,it sounded like things were getting better, but i know from my grandma having cancer years ago, just how fast things can change. The fact that she is even thinking of trying the trial stuff shows that she still has some fight left in her,and that's a good thing,as long as she is willing to fight, then you know there is still that chance.Thank you, Sweetheart! We certainly appreciate it. The last prognosis that he gave us was right before she started this last chemo. He told us that if that one didn't work, and if none of the clinical trials help, then she has somewhere around a year before things get bad enough to seriously affect her quality of life. She is thinking and praying right now to help come up with the decision to either just stop treatment or to give the trial drugs a chance. She's been fighting for a long time now, and she is tired. I understand her position and respect that it is her decision to make. Whatever she chooses to do, I will support her as I have always tried to do. It all comes down to is the chance of gaining an extra year or so worth dealing with the side effects of the experimental treatments... if it were me, I'd probably just say no and look for an ice floe so y'all could send me out Eskimo style... but I don't think she's quite ready to give up just yet. She's always been stronger than I...![]()
That's exactly what I ordered. 26g SS316L, and I'm loving it in the Mage... also rebuilt the LowPro with it for the mech, and that's working very well, too. I'll leave all them fancy coils for the kids to play with.![]()
Haha, that's exactly what i did with them,i gave all the fancy stuff to my son,and he loves the claptons and the aliens,so they won't go to waste, but they won't be back in any of my atties either haha. That's exactly what I ordered. 26g SS316L, and I'm loving it in the Mage... also rebuilt the LowPro with it for the mech, and that's working very well, too. I have the worst luck with Vapor Beast...
Let's see, shopping cart consists of
2 RDA's
2 batteries (only cuz I been meaning to get a couple nipple top 18650s)
1 Tank
Some Metal Polishing Wipes because they are heavily discounted so I'll try them
Nope, I don't see any eliquid there, no matter how many times I look. But apparently they do.

That was the hardest part when we were going through it with my grandma. She had multiple surgeries, each time the Dr said it was gone, then a few months later, more would show up.She really didn't want to go through Chemo, but she gave in to pressure from the family, and every day you could tell she was just miserable, but the thought of losing her was so hard that most of the family, especially my mom, just kept pushing. She did manage to make it through a few more years, but in constant pain, before she finally said enough is enough.Yep. The thing is, that she knows she's only fighting for more time, and she's having a hard time deciding whether or not it's worth it. Her quality of life hasn't been all that good for a while now, she's always tired, and usually in quite a bit of pain. Deciding whether to hang on for as long as possible or not is her biggest dilemma right now, and I definitely do not envy her choices. But yeah... she had actually started feeling better there for a while. It's definitely a rollercoaster ride, that's for sure...
