Kayfun and Panzer not firing

I have a kayfun lite clone and a panzer by mcv philipnes mod, Panasonic 18650 battery, the coil is built fine it works on my spare ego perfect , as soon as I attach it to my panzer it doesn't fire, iv adjusted the pins in the mod so they come into contact with the battery, I think the thread on the kayfun is slightly short than usual so it doesn't contact the firing pin.. How can this be fixed it's been driving me mad!!!:mad:

You have to take the cap off the Panzer and then you can use a pliers to adjust the center pin from within by turning the wheel closest to the top. Make sure all your connections are clearn. Also make sure that the center pin on your kayfun extends ever so slightly past the outer threading.

Lastly, make sure you're not vaping with anything like one of these Panasonic batteries
:

$12.73 Authentic Panasonic NCR18650BE 3.6-3.7V 3180mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries (2-Pack) - maximum 3.6A continuous discharge at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

They only have a 3.6 amp maximum discharge and are very dangerous in a mech. I'm talking blow up in your face and disfigure you for life and/or blind you dangerous.

Iv got a protank 2 that works with it , you can see the thread on the 510 is slightly longer than the Kayfun so it must be the lack of thread on the kayfun that's not contacting the firing pin

with that 510 being longer you have pushed the pin in, mcv mods have a floating 510. here is a video about the floating 510 in a panzer

Can't remeber I left my meter at my friends house for him to use, so is this Panasonic battery not safe to use? Paid £15 for it on Saturday  iv got a trust fire one I could use instead
I would use neither on a mech, irregardless of the resistance. You need something with lots of overhead like a Sony vtc5.

Check Baditude's profile for a blog post on safe batteries. If you bought the battery from a vape shop, take it back and demand a refund.

It's an easy mistake to make but it's important to be safe when using an unregulated device.

Look up battery venting on youtube if you need convincing.
