Your videos are really helpful- as someone pretty new to this forum and vaping, I just wanted to say thanks. Frankly this thread is kinda reassuring as have a PG allergy, thus it's 100% VG only for me.

Glad to help! Nice to meet another person with PG allergy... Or, not nice, since it sucks, but interesting none the less.

I wasn't inhaling much because it's just too much for me, just showing how well it wicks. 1.8 ohm 1/8" coil at 4.2V.

Set up pics are of a 2.5mm coil, just a little smaller, but it's basically the same setup. I needed to trim the wick a bit more with the 1/8" coil so they didn't block the channels. That's pretty much the only difference.

The wick goes all the way to the bottom of the deck by the liquid channels, but not in them.

Make sure you can see the liquid channels, do not block or cover them. This is the brilliance of the kayfun design. We all know that liquid needs to come in through these channels, but what most people forget is that air needs to go out as well. It's just easier for it if it doesn't have to go through a bunch of wick and liquid to get out, and it will increase wicking if you do not cover them. The only reason for covering them is if you have a high PG liquid and get flooding, even then it's more likely that you have an O-ring issue than an overfeed.

This is awesome, I am going to do this build asap. I can't believe there wasn't even one dry hit in that entire 2:44 video! Thank you!
