I have a "White Russian" kayfun clone. I love everything about it except for two issues:
The first was that I couldn't use any of my other drip tips with it. I fixed that by having a machinist at work increase the inside diameter of the top cap to match the ID of my Protanks. Now, all my drip tips fit.
The second issue I haven't been able to resolve and need suggestions. When I try to disassemble the bottom base section from the lower threaded ring, I have to use pliers and a cloth to hold the bottom section tight enough to unscrew the lower ring. It's not cross threaded, it just takes this extra effort to get it loose enough to unscrew by hand. Any suggestions?
