Think those are like $5 on Fastech.

Yup, $5.... They work great on Orchid V4's too.... nothing like a 5ml refill in 15 seconds with no tools. I bought 4 of them. :)

How do do you obtain vacuum in the tank after filling?

Tap'd from my LG G3

I think you're asking how does it seal, right? It's a two-piece top cap. You partially unscrew the top half to line up the 4 holes until two holes are visible, which gives you a fill hole and a vent hole. When you're done, you twist it closed and start vaping, and that gives you vacuum, same as any other method but without any of the fuss.

Yeah, that's a rip off....

$4.94 Replacement Top Cap for Kayfun RTA Rebuildable Atomizers - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Even the pictures are identical.

I have two of these from Fasttech, and they work as advertised. Works great on the Orchid too.
What's the difference between that one and this one (other than around 30 cents):
Replacement Refilling Top Cap for Kayfun RTA Rebuildable Atomizers

Will these work on a Kayfun Lite? I'm seriously considering purchasing one. I dont have a syringe and would rather not have to use one. Is the hole size for the top fill the same size as the bottom fill hole? My every day vaping juice is by Ahlusion and they ship their 30ml sizes with a regular old glass dropper. The dropper is just too big to use for the bottom fill hole. I end up wasting a ton of juice.

Well I was all set to order a few of these from Fasttech for my KFL's. Until I read some of the discussions. They don't appear to work with many of the KFL's without doing a variety of different things to make them work.

Now that you mention it, I had two of four that the top piece didn't fully seat against the bottom piece, meaning they didn't compress their two little o-rings enough to seal. Both were okay after lapping the bottom part of the top piece on a sheet of 1000 gr sandpaper for about 5 minutes. That gave it an extra 1/4 turn or so, allowing those rubber o-rings to get compressed. It's easy to test without installing it on your atty too.... just stick the top cap on the palm of your hand and pull (suck) on it. If it won't hold vacuum, hit it with more sandpaper.

Annoying problem, but worth the $$ savings of FT. That's not to say that ordering from fleabay will avoid that problem. They all probably get them from the same place.
