Oh, man, I've got one of those sitting in my mailbox waiting for me to get home right now. Can't wait.

Mine came yesterday...Ordered my second today....Unbefrickenlevible. And I did a really basic 3/4 coil around 2mm Ekowool in an "S" patern.. Looks like garbage, vapes like a dream

i use my kfl+ and protank 2s and sure, the flavor is better in the kfl, but it's not THAT much better. i'm thinking people who feel it's miles above any clearo/carto/whatevero have cases of "bestitis". if people say it's the best, then it has to be!

I love them. But I love some mini Protank 2's. Flavorwise, I think the Kayfun just blows it out of the water,

I tried a friends kfun and agree with you,I was less than impressed.I let him use my chobra and he asked me how I got it to work so well.I told him I thought it was the chamber size and the fact that I didn't use training wheels(cotton, hemp silica, toilet paper etc.)Keep it simple and try again.Good luck.

You probably don't have yours set up right either. The flavor is most definitely miles above a protank. Even a good cotton wicked protank. It has to do with concentrating the vapor/flavor in the small chimney area of the kayfun. It does EXACTLY what it's designed to do and therefore blows the doors off a protank in flavor. Look to your build if you can't taste the drastic difference.

@ OP, there are many good suggestions here for how to get a better vape out of your Kayfun. However I feel like I should say this just to put it out there: Not everyone likes the Kayfun. It's not for everyone.

I'm not saying this because it's just too difficult for some people. I think anyone interested in RBAs & spending the time learning to build good coils, etc., can have success with it. But for some it's too much hassle & if that ends up being you it's no biggie. It doesn't necessarily mean you aren't skilled enough to use it.

I've used the Kayfun for a couple months now & really I don't care for it. it works fine when it works, but more often than not I had issues with my wicking & that's just annoying having to pour out your juice each time something's not working right so you can figure out what it is & adjust. I just don't have any interest in that kind of nonsense so I moved on to something else. So don't worry about it if it ends up not being something you like.

Small update: I tried the juice I was using to fiddle with my kfl in my known good davide hybrid tanks and it was weak in them. I threw in some good juice and a new build and got some whistling. Took care of the whistling and now this thing hits like a freight train! Awesome sauce! Now to build me a bapgood styled side by side mech to fully utilize this thing.
