I have been watching this closely. While I still hold out hope and feel that it will be (initially) very hard for them to begin regulating it, I have been stocking piling attys, cartos, and nic like crazy. I have enough of everything for 3-4 years at least as long as my mods hold up. I'll definitely be buying extra parts for all of them. It really saddens me that the government is doing this. Of all the issues they could be focusing on, they sure don't waste time when it comes to stripping the rights of the people away and what they decide to do in their own personal lives with no harm to others.

I don't think hardware will be affected by any FDA rulings as people might think. Water pipes and such for "legal tobacco use only" are openly sold and advertised on the radio, even though for most people no tobacco will ever be smoked on them. juice will end up costing more since state and federal governments will be taking their cut. But there will always be a loophole and some vendor will find a way to sidestep the taxes.

sounds like its gonna be one of those mad dashs for Nic juice! whos got the best deals on nic?

It WAS box elders but, I've heard of some people mentioning ecigexpress. Wish you luck on getting as much nic as possible before the ban. I'm rooting for you and everyone else here when that time comes.

I'm not sure what the results would be if nic is frozen, thawed, and then refrozen. Hmmm...

I think it's best to freeze small quantities so you can use it before it goes bad. In other words, if you have 500ml of nic juice, freeze it in say 60 - 100ml bottles. Then just thaw what you can use in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't read anything about thawing and refreezing so I wouldn't do that.

Has anyone tried the nic from RTS Vapes? It's about half the price of xtremevaping, but not having tried either one, I dunno which is better. I want my Box Elder back, but not enough to validate their behavior with money.

I have some RTS Vapes nic juice but I got PG instead of VG so I don't like it all that much but I just got some VG but haven't tried it yet so I can't help you there but RTS Vapes has some fantastic sales occasionally, like 50% off. I would keep an eye on their site or the Deals & Steals thread.

Well, the 'all USA' claim is questionable. In the sidechat going on during I'M THE CEO's interview on vapetv, Randy didn't do a very good job of defending the claim against a barrage of statements that ALL retail nic came from China or Belgium, and that locally made nic base was too expensive to be competitive.

The whole BE fracas just brought to light that we really have to take all of our vendors at their word, and that there's no way to verify - or disprove - their claims. It's all very frustrating.

Freedom smokes has 1000mL (1 liter) of 100mg nic (pg or vg) for $120. They are all USA made out of North Carolina. I ordered Sunday, it shipped out yesterday. Since I usually vape around 12mg strength juice, this bottle will last me years. Also stockpiled cartos from the healthcabin xmas sale. I have about 300mL of 48mg nic that I have slowly stockpiled this fall already. I have 3 Reo Minis that I am pretty sure will cover my hardware bases. All that I should need to purchase over the next 3-4 years is Lorann Strawberry flavoring and batteries.

I may be a little OCD about the stockpiling thing......but I figure it buys me some time to either completely quit vaping and stop using nicotine all together or it will allow some time for the FDA crap to calm down and hopefully blow over. I refuse to smoke ever again, so stockpiling was my best bet. I figure if things start to look really dire and bad I can slowly titrate my nic levels down with the stockpile I have built up. I refuse to support big pharm or big tobacco. If they make vaping impossible and illegal for me, I will find a way to be free of nicotine and will NOT use any "supported" NRT such as nicorette nor will I smoke ever again. If they think banning vaping products is gonna turn this vaper into a big pharm/big tobacco consumer again, they are sorely mistaken.

Damn you FDA. You are really starting to get on my nerves.
