Keys set off a 18650 LImn Battery in my pocket today :P

OMG talk about a FIRE in my pants!!!! Keys were so hot I couldn't even hold them let alone the battery that melted the wrapper away in secs in my pocket!!!!

Yet, nothing but a cool down happened!!! Battery didn't explode, and battery still works....no burns on me so to say....Wow a 16Amp battery gets hot! I know a spring in ANY mod would of just vapoized if anything went wrong now for 100%

DAMN!!! Well, I knew that I was bound to set off a battery in my pocket at some point in time carrying them lose lol....

A friend of mine suddenly jumped when he saw sparks and smoke coming from his toolcase. It turned out that in looking for a wrench, he pushed another one against a standard 9v battery. The wrench and the battery were jammed tightly between two separators in the case. The battery and the wrench got so hot that you couldn't stand to touch them even after a couple of minutes. I wouldn't have thought that a simple 9v transistor radio battery could get that hot, but they will.

I can imagine a Lithium Ion battery's rage!
