I have one, but I dislike it for a different reason entirely. No matter what coil+wick I use in it, even one that's been working *perfectly* in the full size, all I can get using the nano kit is burnt taste. I have no earthly idea why, but I guess it was a wasted 13.95; I got plenty of burnt taste when I was using T3Ss, I don't need more.

Interesting, but it's fine in regular size?

I've got two and really like the look and size with the nano kit but the smaller size doesn't outweigh refilling for me. I can only go a few hours with the nano kit before refilling where I can go a day or sometimes more at the regular size. The nano kit takes away much of the space above the chamber and that's where most of the juice capacity is on the Kayfun so the nano actually holds MUCH less juice than one would think.

Haven't had any performance issues using it, mine wick and perform the same as the full size tank and I do use it sometimes for quick trips out when I want something smaller but overall I prefer it at regular size.

Oh yeah, my full size vapes like a champ, whether I use the regular rings or an M-tank. At first I had to experiment a bit with wick material (use organic cotton now) and then with quantity, depending on the coil diameter, but I seem to have caught the trick of it. Loving this thing!!!! :thumb:

My friend is getting dry hits with the nano tanks.. but I didn't when I was using my "kayfuns." I always lay my cotton wick over wick well.. he leaves a space. Maybe if you don't just lay wick over well, you need to get it as close to wick well as you can? Pulling strings here...

That's interesting; I've been using the "cotton nest" technique I found in this blog, but maybe it's too much cotton for the nano. I'll try it with just a regular wick and see how it does.

Thx

A different top cap adds some more space while shortening the size. I don't personally own one yet so I can't give a factual answer. I'm sure someone will swing by.

Yep.

There are a few Kayfun Top caps that make it quite a bit smaller while adding capacity. I use all of these top caps. They look sharp while also making it shorter.

The only downside is that it can sometimes be very difficult to separate the top cap from the top ring. It hugs it tight. I just treat them as one piece when I clean because it isn't worth the effort to try and take them apart.
They also ain't cheap.

I have 8 Kayfuns and I don't have this problem at all. 5 of them have permanent nano kits. They vape equally as well.

What do you do different in your build, for the nanos? I'm having a terrible time figuring out why I can't get it to vape right.

Nothing. I do it exactly the same as my full size Kayfuns.

The only thing I can really recommend is to watch and copy this video.

Only time I had an issue in nano mode was because somehow when I screwed in the chimney my wicks got all messed up.

I don't set it up any different. It does not perform any different.

Only complaint otherwise is it doesn't hold enough juice!

Ive been meaning to get an extra capacity top cap for the nano which would just about make it the perfect tank to me

That'll have to wait till I can shut down 16 open tabs in Chrome, and 7 open Windows apps; I have to close down EVERY LAST THING on the computer just to have enough vid ram to watch a video, but it still jumps, pauses with the audio going on, and other very annoying behavior. Don't happen to have it in just *just pics* do you? That way I won't have to close down EVERY SINGLE THING on the computer except that video. Yes I know it's a crappy very old computer, but there isn't one thing I can do about that till NEXT year's tax refund.

I wonder if it's a certain brand that's causing problems or something. I've only heard good things about them.

I'm wondering that myself, if my nano kit is just a really bad cheapie clone; when I take the top cap off when using the full size, the small o-ring stays right where it belongs, *in* the top cap; when I take it off when using the nano's tiny chimney, that o-ring stays stuck to the chimney *every time* -- makes me wonder if it's just machined very poorly.

My full size is a clone, a Tobeco, but all the threading and machining seems perfect, but I'm starting to suspect that that is not the case with the nano kit I got.
