First off let me just say howdy! I've been silently stalking the forums for about a month, and I am very grateful for all the helpful information I've found here from all of you.
I just did my first build on an authentic KFL, but noticed when I was filling up the tank that it was leaking out of the top. After replacing the o-ring at the top where the chimney connects (I've heard that can be a problem). I tried again, and it was still leaking badly! Closer inspection revealed that the plastic tank piece was not sealing/threading well one one side, which was causing a gap at the top chimney. I ended up switching out to the stainless steel part, but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I guess I'll just contact the vendor, and have them send me a replacement piece? Totally digging it otherwise, but it sucks not being able to see what level my juice is at.
Thanks!
