Hey, welcome!

Not too long ago I had a similar issue. The problem was the boge carto's threading was bad. Have you tried to screw on a new cartomizer? See how that goes to see if its your battery's threading or if the cartomizer is the culprit. If it is the battery and you havn't had your kit more than 30 days talk to your vendor, let them know what's going on and see about getting a replacement. Good Luck!

You may still be under warranty but what you can maybe do is get yourself a 510/510 adapter - sometimes called a 510 cone adapter from madvapes, or empiremods and that MAY fix the problem. OR you could try something different in the way of cartos or clearos. To be honest though I have never heard of such a thing. If you are getting contact and still able to vape in the meantime try electrical taping it on so you can still vape at least. Do you not have 2 batteries? Most kits come with 2 batteries. What is the manufacturer of your EGO. SLB makes KGO which I own and I have never had an issue.

Hello, if you say your cartos work if you hold them, than you probably just need to take the battery and pull the center post just slightly so It makes contact with the carto. Here is a how to A PBusardo Tutorial - How to Pull Your Post ;-) - YouTube
This video shows you how to pull the the contact on a carto, but its the same on the battery. You can use a paper clip or a tiny jewelers flat head screwdriver, just watch the video. This happens quite commonly especially when new, cause we tend to really screw on the carto and the center pin sometimes just get pushed enough to keep it from making contact. This also happens to the battery charger. It has the same center post as the carto and battery. Have fun and I hope this helps you resurrect your battery/carto problem. This happens to us all eventually. It did to me and someone on the forums told me the same thing and I saved my battery and my sanity.
