Sucking high vg through the needle is very hard but dispensing it out is not bad. When I diy my juice I will fill pure vg syringes from the plunger end.

I gotcha'. Six of one, half dozen of the others. It's just as easy to rinse condoms as syringes. I tended to fill using different flavors and never used that much juice of one flavor in one filling session. So it would leave me with a bunch of partially filled syringes and I'd lose track of the flavors unless I squirted the excess back in the bottle or unless I used 3ml ones, which are hard to fill from the end. I'd rather rinse 3 or 4 condoms than clean 3 or 4 syringes anyway. Less chance of sticking myself.

I am surprised nobody here uses the Taryn spin method for filling cartos...
I hate the mess involved with the condom method.

I fill a Smoktech XL with around 50 drops (remember different droppers create different size drops).
I leave the condom on the battery side and add about 15 drops, then give it a few spins.
Repeat until you see a drop that has snuck into the condom.
Then I pull the condom from the battery end, wipe it off and blow from that end toward the mouthpiece end. redepositing that e-juice in the filler on top.

I usually let it sit in a shot glass for a bit, but can vape it right away.
After a bit of practice I barely waste more than a drop or 2.

I don't know what you people are talking about, there is very little mess at all. The outside of the carto has maybe a thin film of juice, a single drop from the bottom maybe needs to be wiped off. If you are doing this from the top end maybe, but from battery end, there's almost no mess. Certainly less than one paper towels worth.
