Killer Throat... too much nicotine?

Switching liquids sometimes takes an adjustment period, too, after you've gotten used to one brand. Right now I'm just getting over a sore throat period after switching from Johnson's Creek to Janty.

I wouldn't be suprised if its the standard carts, by what everyone is saying the liquids sound like they are of a much higher quality... well, thats what i'm hoping anyway now that i've ordered some!

It's not the quality, it's just that I got used to the smoother JC "hits". Janty is itself pretty smooth, but JC is smoother.
