I don't think I have any platinum batteries to make the comparison with, but to me the Chrome is simply beautiful and classic. (Of course, with my 1930's Art Deco kitchen and master bath, all black-and-white with Chrome "jewelry"/hardware, I would favor Chrome, I guess!)
Oooh, yes, the chrome would definitely go with the Art Deco look ! Especially with black cartos like Nuport Wow. (Mmmm, Nuport....)
My only issue with the platinum batteries is they kinda look thicker than the other colours, perhaps it is an optical illusion, like my white diamonds appear thicker than my black ones. But think brushed aluminium, rather than shiny chrome. Quite nice.
