Oh I hooked a bungee to an anti-fall harness. Might need a little shorter one so it pulls me back in seat faster

Nope its working just fine. I slip out of chair and it pulls me right back in

Yes I think so. And the motion sensor in the hallway that alerts me when anybody enters the room was also a good touch
