I'm new to the forum and I just made a purchase from Kingpin E-Cigs. I'm getting kinda worried as I spent quite a bit of money with them it has been a couple of days with still no word on my order. Has anyone done business with them before? I have called the phone number and it just keeps ringing. No replies to my email. :( I'm starting to get a little worried. You can google them. I can't find much about them. If I hear something back from them I will edit the the post to reflect that.

How does one initiate their own thread/post?

I am considering branding my own e-cig and I am in the research process. I have found (by mistake mostly), some information on the manufactures of brands, but I would like a more comprehensive list, especially of the more common top brands being sold. (for example Loon Totem manufactures for epuff, smoke51, greensmoke).

Also, a bit worried about all the FDA/tobacco legalities currently going on-any updates?

Thanks,
Tiffany

Thanks for your quick replies guys. @LaterSkater Yeah, I'm a female impersonator. With a lot of the bars cracking down on smoking indoors I have to find something else. I had an njoy penstyle but the atty went out. I went to totally wicked and bought a 5 pack of the 801 attys. I hope that works and gets my penstyle working until the 501 gets here. The lady was really nice and said it should. As far as kingpin goes they look legit. I just hope they're busy and I didn't get ripped. :(

You can't start threads until you have 15 posts. You also can't post jibberish or other unrelated things to up your post count. This is done to combat spammers.

As far as branding, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you going to sell a certain e-cig with your own brand on it? Or are you looking for other brands and model numbers?

You could have found a better deal on the same e-cig kit, but it's not too bad. At least it's not like SmokingEverywhere that really rips people off.

Since it's already purchased, we just help to get it going and keep it going. I tell people to consider the extra $$ a starters fee.

Vel, you might want to consider putting your State on your profile. Might make it easier for someone to come up with a possible local supplier for you! Go to the link at the top of the page USER CP (control panel) and you can add it there (see links under Your Profile, Edit Your Details).
Cheers & Welcome!

Cool! I think she goes by Jane County now. I made a living as a drummer in clubs and bars for years. You could smoke in most of them, then, but the ones with no ventilation were murder. The whole band smoked but we could hardly breath or see in some of those dives! Our eyes would be literally watering at the end of four sets in those places. Rock on girl!

So I have sent two e-mails to the company and placed numerous phone calls and still nothing. I will have to say in comparison Njoy has much better customer service. In this same period of time I have received two e-mails from them regarding an issue with my atomizer. Surely Kingpin can't have more business than Njoy. Their website states delivery should be within 3-10 days after purchase. According to the list on their website I should receive mine within about 4 days after the order. However, no notification that it has even shipped yet. It's a pity that wet your stick only sells liquid. I have never had any problems with them and Matt has been awesome at getting back to e-mails. Maybe their site just isn't up to par and doesn't send out shipping notifications.

I think someone posted the link somewhere along the line. I got in touch with someone from their company and it appears the have been having issues with their phones. They said they emailed me the tracking number but I didn't get that memo. But they included everything in the second e-mail they sent and it should be here tomorrow. Will review it. I also ordered some of their liquids so will get to review those for you as well. They are a little cheaper than wet your stick but I don't know how the quality is going to be as so far I absolutely love wet your stick. I think what really upset me the most is their zen cart isn't set up right or something. The order was never updated as far as the status goes. It still says processing today for both my orders and they've been shipped. The rep was really nice overall and said he was sorry for the lack of communication. Will let you know when I have more feedback about the company as there isn't a thread about them.
