Those brass rings are for the Kick2. To make the Kick easily slide thru inside.

Is this worth mentioning to GUS or should I just live with it? It looks like it got engraved twice, it sort of bothers me but then again it is on the switch and generally out of sight. I'm leaning towards just keeping quiet about it, after all he is shaving my Estia's, or maybe they're all like this or perhaps I'm just special and it's his way of letting me know.

Hi Grrrr, our Kiss-QEs came with the "new" short throw switch, which has been engraved deeper than the earlier versions. It was requested by the French forum as overtime they found the switch's engraving disappear, and wanted something more deeper.
But your's definitely does't seem to be correct. Pls get in touch with Gus. It needs rectification, asap.

The Kiss-QE will not be mass produced. It was a one-off job, which needed extra efforts by them from their regular production work. So, unless there's a considerable demand for it - it might not happen again.
