Good afternoon all...

Placed an order for a new Joye eGo-C kit in stainless Thursday evening with one of my favorite vendors. I knew it would be too late for them to get it out that day, and figured 3 - 5 days for delivery, so, I settled back and began the long wait until the middle of the next week for delivery.

Well, lo and behold I got an email that evening saying it had been shipped. I quickly copied down the tracking number and entered it into my package tracking sidebar Gadget not expecting to see any major movement for a couple of days.

And I was right, nothing showed up until Saturday about noon and the Gadget said it was OUT FOR DELIVERY!!!

Yehaaaaaa!!! Two days shipping!!! Fantastic!!!

I knew my wife would go to the mail box around 4, so I kept my eyes on the clock for those 4 hours and tried not to pace back and forth around the house.

Well, 4 o'clock finally arrived and my wife told me she was going to take out the trash and stop by the mail box, and for 15 minutes I sat on pins and needles waiting for her to get back with my long-awaited (well, not really that long) package.

Finally!!! she came back in and dropped a white padded envelope on my desk.

Breathlessly and I as nonchalantly as I could I reached into my desk drawer and withdrew my scissors and began to snip around the outer edges of the envelope so I could get to the goodies inside.

I pulled out a black box that had "joyetech" and "Featuring the revolutionary tank system" printed on top.

Panting with excitement my eyes scanned first one end of the box and then the other where there are little white boxes that can be checked that show what is in the little black prize box...

Uh-oh...
Problems...
On one end Black was checked instead of Silver...
On the other end eGo-T was checked. (The unchecked box just said eGo)

With my hands trembling with dread I opened the box just hoping with all my might that the check boxes were wrong.

No such luck...

What was inside was exactly what the check boxes on the end of the box said it was, an eGo-T kit in Black.

So, with fingers shaking with disappointment I surfed to the vendors site and sent him an email indicating the error and since it was a weekend I wondered how long it would take him to get back to me.

Thirty minutes later my "You Have Mail" dinghy-thingy dinged and I saw I had a reply, which said it would be taken care of Monday, and I have no doubt it will be. I have no problem with this vendor and have ordered from them before.

Now I'll just have to sit back and wait for the replacement to come in and wonder if I'm supposed to pay for the return of the incorrect item since the amount I spent qualified me for free shipping. I'm hoping they will send a prepaid return shipping label so I can just drop it back in the mail to them.

I've never had to return anything to any of my ecig vendors before, so I'll just have to wait and see, I guess.

Thanks for reading... I just had to do something to kill some time this afternoon.

Thanks for the compliment, Striker911. That really makes me feel good since I failed English horribly in high school... :D

I don't want to mess up the kit. I already have an eGo-T that I built up from scratch using a couple of eGo and Riva batteries, and I don't have any problem returning it.

Anyway, all my other stuff is silver.

Have a good day.

I know what you mean spider, its very frustrating to go thru the waiting period to get something you want, only to discover its not what you wanted when it gets there.
When i was about 2 weeks into vaping, i used the V2 (KR808) PV, and only used prefilled cartos (dint know i could refill them back then). i had only about 5 new cartos left, and ordered several boxes of new ones, i was anxiously waiting for them to arrive (fearing i might run out).
Then, when i was down to only 2 cartos, they finally arrived, imagine my "horror", when i opened the little box, and discovered that they had sent me 6mg nicotine cartos instead of my needed 12mg ones!!! :-x

I immediately got on the phone, and informed my supplier about the mistake, she apoligized and offeded me to send me my 12mg cartos for free via "express" 24hr service, and said that i could keep the 6mg ones.
So i used the 2 12mg cartos i had, and had only started to chain-vape the 6mg ones when the new package arrived the next day :vapor:

That's Horrible! So sorry for you. Every person on here knows about the silent little fear we all have when we are about to open the newest prize box that there may have been a mistake or something was forgotten when it was packed. I hope you get it exchanged lightning fast.Human error is unavoidable and as much as we hate to admit it we all make mistakes. Good luck and vape on.
