I've tried the condom fill method, and dripping directly onto the fiber through the back... Either way, even if I fill with just a few drops (>5), juice leaks out when I draw through it.

I end up filling with only 3-4 drops. Is this normal? I see people using 15+ drops and can't imagine how they're getting away with it. I have tried letting them sit for a long time after filling and I try to be sure there's no liquid getting into the hole in the center where the element is..

If I do the spinner method thing, which end should be where? I want the centrifugal force to push the juice into the fiber, right, but I'm not sure which end should be in what position. The "battery end" they talk about is the end with the threads on it, right??

Thanks!!

I've found that battery fills will cause leaking if there is no 'reverse taryn spin' applied. If you're top filling and still leaking then your ejuice is very thin (Johnson Creek? DIY?).

For the taryn spin you put the end that you didn't fill from at the bottom before spinning so that the fluid moves from where you filled to the other end of the carto. The 'reverse spin' is for a bottom/condom fill. And yes, the battery end has the threads where it connects to the battery.
