I am going to get a PCC to help meet my needs, but also want to consider some other options, but don't want to waste money if I do not have to.

I have been thinking of getting a KR808D-1 passthrough, but I am unable to find information about how it works with dual coil tanks. I travel a lot and a passthrough seems like the right product to satisfy my need to change batteries mid-road. I don't like the idea of stopping on a road trip to refill my carto when it begins to get dry. Solution, my tank. Typically a dual coil 3.5 ml tank will last me at least 4-5 hours and a 6 ml tank will get me through the whole trip, in case I get stuck in construction or bad weather. I have looked through some info and have seen only one review (on V4L) that stated the passthrough will not work well with the tank. All other reviews (multiple sites carrying the passthrough) only mention cartos, not tanks. So, that leads to my question.

Will a KR808D-1 Passthrough work with a dual coil tank?

If there are certain passthroughs that do work and certain ones that don't, please help me in establishing the ones that do so I can make an informed purchase.

Thanks a bunch for the help!

Check this out Smok Tech 5 Volt 510 Manual USB Passthrough It would only drive a single coil carto but at 5 volts. Just be sure to use a 2 Amp usb poewr supply, also I WOULDN'T recommend plugging it into PC as it could foul and harm it. Yoou would need a 510 battery to 901/808 adapter to put these together also. A single coil long punched carto at 2.5 Ohm at 5 Volts will vape at 10 Watts. 3 Ohm carto at 5 V = 8.3 Watts. Hope this helps!!! daze:vapor:
