I'll keep this short...

Great service, fast shipping, great product... and I guess the success of any business boils down to answering 2 little questions... Would I do business with this company again? Yes! Would I recommend this company to friends and family? Yes!

Now Rob, I'm looking for a USB passthru system for this system... any idea where I can find one? Oh yah, and send more than 2 cards when I order it, please... I work in a building of 700 people (many of them pharmacists, actually... a good group to convert, methinks) and the 2 you sent will be gone by 1st break today!

Oh and more juice... yessss... NEW vaping RULE: ALWAYS order juice when ordering ANYTHING from a vendor! Sounds smart to me...

Hey thanks!

I did have a couple of other questions... I was wondering if you could answer them for me...

1) Is it safe to leave a battery in the PCC while it's plugged into the USB port on my computer? It would be nice to be able to charge both bats at the same time...

2) The first, 24 mg cherry cart I pulled out of the extra juice pack I bought is not working at all. I imagine you get a bad cart or two every once in awhile... can I get a replacement cart for it on my next order? I'll be happy to send this one back!

3) There's about a 90% chance I'll order a KR808d-1 USB passthru this Friday. I would like to know how long the cord is because my computer is under my desk and I'm thinking 3' would be good...

i would also like to know about question 2, the last pack i got of dr.pepper were dodgy, only 2 of the pack vaped properly, all the rest of the carts i've had are great.

Karl here's the answers to your questions.

1)We have not had a problem with charging the batteries while in a PCC while plugged into the USB port of the computer. Rob does it quite often as a matter of fact. He also says he hasn't heard of anyone else having a problem doing that. I would suggest though not leaving any battery in a charging unit for long periods of time.

2)When you make your next order also note the problem with the cartimizor and I will take care of it.

3)I personally measured the cord myself this morning and from the USB plug to the passthru is 4' 5" so that should be plenty long for you.


I would also like to mention that if you have a problem with an item you receive you can let us know through the warrenty page on the website.

I also got my kr808 starter kit (friday) that was fast.
The taste is great, pretty good vapor!
The draw is a bit airy-but theres an easy fix for that.
I love the fact that you do not have to constantly refill, great product. I found i can fit a tapered mouthpeice (i think it was for a 118) right inside the cart if i remove the end peice that u remove when u refill.
