KR808D-1 White Blank Carts

Can you tell me if the KR808D-1 white blank carts are low resistance (less than 3 ohms) or high resistance (about 3.0 ohms).

Are they made by Boge?

I did see a post where somebody said that they are higher ohm. I would be interested to know the answer too.
