Kudos to Freedom Smoke USA store on Broadway

Had kind of a mixed visit there yesterday, it was way busier than I have seen it before and I had to wait a while. That's cool just shows business is good and they won't be closing anytime soon.

When I did get served I needed some advice and the guy who worked with me was super patient and answered every question, told me what I needed and what I didn't - awesome, that has been my experience with the staff every time they are all good.

I got quite a bit of hardware and some juice, the juice order apparently got lost and after a while I had to ask what happened. A supervisor was called and he had my juice in my hand in no time and I left there with more juice that I ordered and with a smile even though I had been waiting a very long time. I didn't ask or need anything free but it was nice to see they care about their customers and I will be back for sure.

Keep up the good work and give a pat on the back to your staff at Broadway.

As I read what I have written I know it looks like the owner wrote it but really I am not affiliated with FS USA in any way - just thought it would be nice if somebody who was happy posted a message instead of only the ones with complaints.

thanks for the report. we try hard, and do get swamped at times but we always make up for it with a smile :)
the internet is filled with tons of complaints and it is always awesome when every now and then someone comes back with a thanks.
trust me, Pam and I truly appreciate the thanks.
Full blown lounges are never easy to run. Employees are never easy to handle. We do appreciate when folks recoginize this and just smile and shrug it off.
I do remember the days 4 years ago when the internet was the only way you could get juice or hardware :)
