just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with kalamazoovaporshop because i just received my first order from them and they got it completely wrong. they sent someone else's order to me. i just emailed them and im not expecting a reply till sometime tomorrow but i just wanted to know if someone else had an experience with them similar to me and what i should expect

i've only been vaping about a month now and havent had any problems at all with other suppliers until now. and i was really looking forward to my big kazoo

It actually happens pretty often, packaging is usually not labeled until it receives a shipping label, I have worked in places where a lot of products are couriered and on a busy day close to time for pickup labels get put on the wrong boxes because someone lost track of which box was which. I am sure they will fix your problem and send you a return shipping label for the box you got pretty quickly.
