L88B to KR808D Adapter

I have one of the regular Volcano batteries but a few of the 808 batteries and a bunch of cartos. I would like to use the 808 cartos on that battery so I don't have to buy different types of cartos. Does anyone make an adapter and, if so, where could I find it?

I read that 510 cartos are compatible with the L88B Volcano batteries. If that's true, would this work:
Joye 510 to DSE901 atomizer or KR808D-1 cartomizer adapter
