Read reviews of both on their own, Anyone who has used both that can compare for me? I use Bavarian Cream in one of my blends and was wondering about any contrasts between the two.
I have noticed the LA Bavarian has that slightly sour/lactic note that you get with heavy cream or buttermilk sometimes, which is true to flavor IMO.
I'm using it as a creamy vanilla (ish) sweetener, if that means anything.
