Nice to meet you too! PM me if ya can when you get new ones in, but I'll be checking back at this section of the forum periodically to see if its in. Ah, can't wait. Looking forward to doing business with ya, I really like the way you communicate with your customers, very professional. :thumb:
Why Thank you kindly Miss Kimmy :D I will definitely Pm you the second that they come in. I had to opt for a digital Mental note folder haha. You have me really excited to do business with you too! Definitely looking forward to it.
Thanks Iken! I was amazed at how fast it sold too! I had 3 people contact me within minutes. The i3 atty is the 901 atty that comes with the GG, or I should say the one they sell for the GG.

I am not 100% sure, but the battery I have has that little extended part at the end that looks separate from the battery, but is under the plastic shrink wrap, so I thought maybe that was the processor they add to protect the serge. I don't know for sure though...either way, I won't be stacking it so I guess it should not matter, as you said.
Wow 3 whole people that fast?? Jeez, I should sell mine! lol
Hmm is there anything special about this i3 atty, that you know of?
Oh the battery? You have me raising more questions here! lol For the laser, only 1 10440 will fit. 2 would be way too much power plus they're too small to be able to carry both anyway.
I would but I can't cause I don't own one. Oh woe is me, boo hoo. Big smile goes here.
Aw 5card! Where you been? I could've sworn that I had an order by you?

I actually just sold out of the last one, not even a few hours ago.

Wow, did I just get the last one?? (for this batch) Sorry Kimmy, I hope the next round comes in soon so you can get one.

btw... I made sure the batteries I already ordered were protected. So it should not be an issue once I get them.

Oh, and to answer your question about the i3, there is some story behind them, I am not completely clear about it, but I think they were having them specially made. I could not tell you what is so special about them other than the fact they have i3 printed on the side. I am not familiar with 901 atty's yet, that was my first one to test out so I have no point of reference. There may be some info about it on their web site, or here in the forum. Lucky I just ordered a couple more 901 atty's that are in shipping limbo right now, I just sold the other one with the GG. That was the fastest on line transaction I have ever made. I posted, it sold, and the money was waiting in Paypal within one hour, amazing! Now I don't feel nearly as guilty about buying all those other products, including this laser mod.

Since we are about to move, I'm going to have to cut off my shipments at the beginning of April, so they all get here in time. I think I will go through some kind of withdrawal or something when I cut myself off from all this e cig shopping.

Just wanted to drop a quick post and say that I got my 510 lazer mod from Iken's contest (back at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb) this past week....(ok, I had gotten it earlier but there was something funky going on with the atty threads and Iken was nice enough to swap it out with a different one)..
First off let me say that dealing with Iken even though I hadn't actually ordered from him but won the mod has been fantastic..awesome customer service..
Only slightly secondary in importance has been the actual lazer mod...it's a slim, sleek little device and vapes real nice..the black and chrome looks classy and stylish..size wise the diameter is between a standard 510 at 9mm and an eGo at 14mm so I'm guessing it at being around 12 mm in diameter so it feels real good in the hand..
The battery (which it came with) ..the 10440 600mAh...was going to be an initial concern for me I thought because well I didn't own a charger. However, I realized that the inline battery for my 510 PT was also a 10440 (albeit only 320mAh) so I could switch and use that battery and charge the 600mAh one in the PT while using the 320mAh one just fine... I didn't meter it but it seems to have a bit better vapor production than the standard 510 just like the 510 PT with inline battery...I can only assume that it's because it's running at a true 3.7V versus the standard 510...just like using an adapter on a KR8 battery to 510 but with better battery life and a shorter overall length..
I did try it with an adapter to 901 thread so I could try a cartomizer on it but the draw was pretty stiff (I attribute that to the adapter I have though)..
Similarly, I did try a 808b/510 cartomizer on it and though it looks a little funky (those cartos look funky to begin with) that vaped very very nice...
So overall I'd say that it's a win...*two thumbs up*

Ahh I see now, I was just doing some freshing up on the i3 forum. It seems that some have a hole built in for the afs and the resistance has been lowered to feel stronger to the user. I heard a while back Nhaler was going to start in this direction. My initial thoughts were: lowering resistance Ω would exceed the atomizer life cycle. Then, I seen reports of these atoms dying out already. The i6 and i7 are just high voltage atomizers with a hole drilled in to them. That's as far as I went.

LOL Careful now! When The Chinese came back from their holiday, I ordered like a madman from shopping withdrawal! So your heading out all the way to Oregon for the whole summer? Why not just go camping in Texas?? lol Atleast you won't freeze to death! I have a good friend that lives in a sweet wooded area down there.

Thank you kindly good sir!!! What a great and well written review! That was just outstanding on so many levels! I love your honesty, you don't cut corners and you say it just like it is! The best part about it, is that the joy is there and for that sir I salute you! I'm really glad everything worked out great except the adapter though. I been loving cartomizers and that stinks you can't use it properly. Ah well, time to get a Chameleon!

Well I'm glad you enjoyed reading it....(by the way did you get the chance to check the threads on that first one? you can PM me if you don't want to derail here)....the carto adapter isn't a huge deal for me...I'm not real keen on using them at 3.7V anyway..well except for the new premium cartos that V4L has (they lowered the resistance on them so more vapor at 3.7)...mainly if I'm using a carto at all is on an eGo battery and only for work....I mainly tried it out on the lazer to see how it vaped with all the adapters and hardware I have on hand..the strangest is still the 510 cartomizer on it since they're wrapped with foam and filter printed paper, looks like a a lazer with an analog filter..lol...just a bit too odd in the looks department but works really well..

Well yes and no, yes we are camping all the way up to OR, but we are also moving there. I spent some time in the OR/WA area almost 10 years ago and LOVED it! I don't mind the cold so much, as long as I have enough of the right layers on, it's the heat that makes me crazy. We get reversed cabin fever here in Houston, it's so dang hot, humid and mosquito ridden outside, I spend most of my summers hiding indoors, paying way too much for AC. I also prefer the mountain living attitude over this crazy city hustle. Not to mention it's "green" state ;) that is a perk over TX. :D There is a lot of crazy fun things happening out there that I want to be a part of.

I see that my laser is already on its way, thanks for the fast shipping!!

Oh yes I seen that! I couldn't get my head around on what happened with the threading. Speaking of premium carts, I been having a heck of a time with them. I haven't been using high voltage and definitely wasn't aware of them being designed differently. I been hearing of other competitors doing this as well with atomizers. I wonder how the life span will be affected by this modification.

Ofcourse! It's my pleasure :D Need for speed. ;)
Well I'm glad that your getting out of there and heading back home (meaning to your heart is). Haha we are almost completely opposite my friend. I long for the heat and warmth. humidity..eh. but mosqs and bugs , it's a big price to pay. and sometimes not even worth it. When I lived in Miami for a short while, the lizards and mosqs were awfully aggressive.
