If I was asked to not to vape somewhere that allowed smoking, I think my head would explode.

I would definitely make sure to talk to the manager.
And if that didn't work I would get the contact information for the owner.

And if the policy was not changed, I would never step foot in there again.

The only place I've been told to stop was in the Sweetwater Brewing Factory. We go there about once every couple of months and have not had any problems. The last time we were there drinking delicious IPAs one of the "managers" told me there was no smoking inside. She replied "That is considered smoking" and I looked at here like "Whaaaaaaaaaaaa?"

Thank you, celticluvr. Doc Holliday was an incredibly smart southern gentleman, and Val Kilmer played, in my opinion, one of the best roles I have seen from any actor. I would argue that was one of the top 5 movies ever made.

    Sorry for the derailment, folks

It turns out that vaping is an excellent way to distinguish between two kinds of people...

--Those that eat mainstream media news like it's gospel
--Those that are independent thinkers and understand we are fed garbage on a daily basis

I used to be one of the former.
Now I am one of the latter.

There are many vapers that look down on smokers, wondering what's wrong with them.
Well, I feel that way about mainstream media garbage-eating parrots.

But again, I used to be one of them, so I try to understand.
Just like I try to understand why smokers are still smoking when they could be vaping.

Actually, I'm not really laughing, because it's not really funny.
But if I do laugh, it's only to keep from crying.

i've only been asked to stop vaping once when i was at a concert in an indoor venue... about 3/4 the way into the concert 2 officers came up to me, as i was in the furthest back corner as to stay away from people, and they were very cool about it, they asked me what it was, how i liked it, one even tried it out... then 10 minutes later one of the staff told me that if i didnt go outside he would have police remove me....

I vape everywhere I am hardly ever discreet about it I just kind of pull it out whenever I feel like vaping. I have honestly never had anyone ask me to stop I think it just depends on how and where you are doing it. I let a friends use mine at work with some Tribeca e liquid in it and some kid with Asthma started complaining about how it upset his lungs or something but besides that I have never had anything happen I think some towns are more leniant than others.
That kids a liar lol, I have asthma and I vape about 3-5ml a day and no issues.where as analogs secondhand il be coughing and short of breath

I was sitting outside of a well known chain coffee store. Dripped up, and took a nice drag. Nothing big, no huge clouds, just a bit more vapor than smoke from a cigarette. Two seconds later, a green apron clad employee comes out and informs me that I can't smoke there. I point out that its vapor and not smoke, but quickly add that if its not his choice i Can stop. He makes a pained expression and walks inside. I didnt wish to cause any trouble, so i quietly pocket my mod and juice. Not two minutes later I smell an analogue. A group of guys are sitting next to me giving themselves cancer. Not enjoying the smell, I walk upwind of them, sit down, and contemplate life. They continue to smoke uninterrupted until I got up and left. Left me slightly miffed, but I didn't bring it up with them or any of the employees. Meh.

A friend of mine and I were in a ....ty dive bar in Baltimore and there was an older gent sat at the bar vapeing most of the evening, so we decided it must be okay and pulled ours out as well. As soon as I hit mine we were both asked to take ours outside, but the older guy stayed in and I guess just kept his under wraps.

My boss also just today forwarded me a new policy at work that says we're not allowed to use ecigs indoors anymore, if that counts.

Only time it's happened was at a restaurant. Family get together, 8 of us in total, 6 are vapers. We'd booked the table in advance. Walked in and told the staff that we'd arrived, they told us our table would be ready in 15 minutes, so we went to the bar to get some drinks. As I was about to order the drinks, I had my Nemmy with a Kayfun in my hand. The guy behind the bar says "you can't smoke those things in here, e-cigs are not allowed." "What about APV's ?" I asked. He gave me a dumb look and said again, "you can't smoke e-cigs in here"

Needless to say, we haven't dined there again. We do vape respectfully, on the odd occasion that we are in a restaurant. I wouldn't smoke while people are eating close by, when analogs were welcomed in restaurants, so I apply the same principle to vaping.
