The thing is the regulators think the
tobacco problem is solved, they have a plan that they think, if stuck too, will result in a
tobacco free world by, oh I duno about 2099. It's called the framework for
tobacco control.
Now ecigs come along and threaten to undermine this excellent plan.
They must be stopped because otherwise a new plan will be needed and it took forever to get the one we have now.
Do try to show some understanding of their plight, it's not easy working for the good of everyone, even the ones who don't want to be cured, and all on a pittance of remuneration considering the excellent and important work they do.
