I just wanted to give a quick review of my latest purchase. I recently got bit by the high voltage bug after trying a couple friends' 6V units out. So, for my first mod purchase, I was super picky with my money, I've read way too many "I should've tried someone else's before I bought one" threads. I am fortunate enough to have all kinds of brick and mortar shops popping up in my area, so I can try more devices and find what works for me. Long story short, stumbled upon the Lava Tube and fell in love. I've seen the reviews online and was skeptical because the price seemed too good to be true. However, the only complaint is from my wife, she says that now, I'm producing too much vapor and she can smell my Bavarian Creme when I'm puffing it. As with any VV noob, I've spent the first week playing with the settings, finding what voltages are best for the juices I vape. So far, I've dropped it once, getting out of my car, and other than a slight nick in the surface, you can't even tell. In fact, no paint came off or anything.
At first, I was on the fence about needing a VV option, but in the mornings, 6V can be a little hard on the throat, it's nice to be able to click a button a few times and be set at 3.4V instead of fumbling with batteries and springs or spacers. Very satisfied so far, recommending it to everybody
