LavaTube Stainless Steel Mod

Has anyone tried to put the parts from a LavaTube into a stainless steel tube?If so can you please post any info and thanks.

Ive got one but its my only PV I have right now.So if I tear it a part and screw it up then I'm screwed lol.

I've seen people gut their LT and by the looks of the internals I would say it would be easy to do.
