I was at a party last night and had a crap load of people wanting info about my lava tube. I left the party with a list of names who are expecting an email from me...lol.

I thought it would be easy....email these people a link to Canvape's starter kits. However, Canvape no longer offers kits for the original lava tube. They only offer a kit for the new chrome style with the ego connection. I'm not a fan of the new style + the people are wanting the same thing I have.

Anyone know of a place here in Canada that offers a complete starter kit for the original lava tube?

I was going to send you to Canvape's sit lol ...I bought my two lava tubes there....I think that if you send a message to the help desk at canvape and tell them the situation it would not be to hard for them to put a kit the same as yours together as I find that canvape is the best vendor to help someone with special requests and such!?!?
just a thought but worth a try!

I am willing to bet that if Canvape is able to put kits together for you, they definitely will, so it wouldn't hurt to ask. They would probably be able to set them up quite nicely with some TR006 chargers and IMR batts, not the crappy single bay chargers and fake IMRs that come in the kits. I have honestly either given away or thrown all those single bay chargers in the trash. The batteries from the kit are not great either.... I used them, but once I got real batteries... well, the difference is astounding! lol

I personally don't see what is wrong with the chrome one. Other than I'll bet it smudges like crazy. But really if you wanted to you could buy some 18650s and a charger, like everyone said, the batteries that come with it are kinda crummy anyways. There are other places you can get one If you really want the kit. Vapor solutions is a good vendor in my experiences. They have the kit for $74 cad and from what I remember, if your not in bc, you don't pay the same taxes.

Be careful with the LT 1.5 kits. Song's are the "fixed" versions (1.5-T) that aren't prone to burning the crap out of your cartos unattended, don't know about the rest.

Thanx Mindfield....that's why I was wanting to stick with the original LT's as I've been reading about issues with the new ones. Also been reading about people having airy draws with the new chrome versions with the ego style fittings.

Can't say I noticed an airy draw with my Lambo (a.k.a. LT 2.0). Seemed fairly average, at least with the devices I stuck on it.

The Lambo won't take a Stardust, no, not without an adapter, but the LT 2.0 from Canvape or Vaporus will AFAIK, as I believe they've had it modified to fit larger clearos. Unfortunately my eGo adapters don't work with the Stardust as they're sealed, so no airflow. (The Firebird 3ml works on the Lambo though -- very nicely, too.)

I have two Lava Tubes and two itaste VV's from canvape and use Firbird as well as Boge LR and SR and Stardust V2&3(long and short wick) on all of them with the adapter that ChellyNelly mentioned and it works great...as a comarison I love the way the boge vapes but love the fill rate and looks of the Stardust...I can put the pen cap back on the itaste with a shorty Boge so thats what I use on them and I like the looks of the star dust on the Lava Tube so thats what it has on it ..or a Smoke tec tank...but I am not a tank guy due to the fact that I draw to heavy and flood the cart and eat juice lol
