Well I Have had my lavatube for about a month now I started off with 2.5ohm dual coil carts in my tank. I just bought some 3.0 Single coil cart for my tank and things are starting to act weird when I put my voltage higher than around 4.1 volts when vaping the screen dims and blinks at higher voltages. I know the batteries are charged when reading the voltage out of the lava tube it reads 4.1 and I have been taking them on and off the charger. I'm not sure whats up if its the cartomizers or my batteries but It shouldn't be the batteries they are maybe a month old any suggestions? I really dig this Mod Maybe a new tank idk

If you got your Lavatube from Volcano, they have a full 1 year warranty. Just open a ticket with them for replacement/checking. If it is not your batteries, then something is probably wrong with the unit. If you got it from another vendor, check with them re: warranty. :)

My LT LED flashes when the batteries are too low to operate. YMMV.

Way to point out the obvious, great post. The batteries come off the charger and are less than a month old they aren't dead maybe bad idk.

Planning on picking up a multimeter, new battery and a few cartomizers to test things out I think it may have to do with the cartomizers I am using. I got the Lavatube from Liberty Flights so If it doesn't work I think they have a 3 month warranty.

Anyone know of a good tank to use with the lavatube that wont be limited I was recommended "vision stone tanks" before but not sure if they will work well on this mod

I would contact the vendor through there support about the issue..I know "LT's" have short circuit protection so maybe it's a short in the coils or maybe an issue with the device itself. I've never heard of this issue so IDK if screen flashing has to do with a short or not..you could try another cartomizer to see if you still get the issue too..is this a V1 "LT" or a different version with the ohm meter? I ask because they could be different also...

I can hit the power button five times to get a read out of the batteries so I think its a v2. This really just started on these 3.0 Single coil carts I was checking out this acorn Acorn Tank 2.8-3.0 Ohm But because of the problems with running dual coils im worried that this wouldn't be hitting the higher voltages. Any input on these?
