Today my wife's friend who we converted to vaping brought her Lavatube saying it wouldn't work. Its not under warranty as it was bought on the classies.
I tested the carto and its fine. I checked the battery life at 4.0 and switched to a different battery just to be sure. The display lights when inserting the battery, changing voltage, and the device remembers its "set" voltage. I also tried pulling up the center post to no avail, the Lavatube still just won't fire.
I think it is making contact but think that the post itself is broken.. Or less likely the switch has malfunctioned. I think its more likely the post because when she brought it to me the top was at an angle and she just popped it back in place.
Any suggestions? On a fix or on popping the top cap off safely to check inside
