The Scottish Government’s Health Bill will ban under-18s from buying the devices and limit their advertising.

I would say every quote from the piece, pertaining to vaping (like the one above) are between non-sensical and anti-type deception.

Those who conceded to rhetoric 'don't do it indoors' are now realizing where their 'common sense' attitude has brought us. One day, soon, it'll be seen as 'common sense' to not vape outdoors in public, cause of all the harm from SHV and because it is inherently rude. Or some nonsense like that.

When bicycles became practical I believe there were places that passed laws forbidding women to ride them because it was indecent. I wonder which governments will become insolvent when everybody stops smoking.
