Seems more like a turf war and a distancing tactic. On one hand, it read like they didn't want to be associated with another company if health problems do arise in the future because of tampering or outright consumer litigiousness. On the other hand, it sounded like they wanted help in obtaining proof that they were "ripped off." What better way to do so than to put a little scare out there and gain help from indignant/frightened consumers turning over their receipts (physical evidence).... "We have a right to charge these companies for their unlicensed use of e-liquid and any purchase from them is to be reported for physical evidence to used in court."

P.S. I guess what I'm saying is that if you are using a reliable and consistent supplier of these products, I wouldn't worry about it.

Well, again it doesn't affect us, but I have a few contacts within DeKang and they have also issued a statement that certain named persons have never worked for them.

My idle speculation is perhaps someone was stealing supplies and/or finished product form them and selling it on the side.

But that is, of course, pure speculation, and may not bear any resemblance to the truth, so it's perhaps best to withhold judgement.
