Hey I received my Iatty today and have been playing with it ever since. I put a 1.6 coil in and it vapes like a CHAMP. It does take a bit to break it in, but when it does the flavor really comes out. Anyways...the only problem I am having is that liquid is leaking out the bottom hole of the connector. It is leaking to the point it floods and goes all over my mod. Any suggestions? I tried to tighten the cone and it still seemed to want to leak.

What's the vg pg ratio of your liquid? Could make a difference

50/50. I thought I had fixed the problem. Tightened the cone and then backed it off just a hair. Vaped for a few...let it sit..and 15 minutes later the catch cup on my Provari was about to overflow again. Still playing around with it...
I took everything apart and put back together. The top plastic piece will not screw all the way tight. Seems to be stripped? Not positive that is the problem but seems like juice is building up on the inside of that piece because the plastic will not screw tight.

Don't get frustrated folks, have a chat with Imeo and I am sure the problems will be resolved. Also have a look at the Illustration thread as I get it updated to make sure it is properly assembled (not saying it isn't, just want a double check).
Also, make sure that the wires and the wick are properly placed in the slots.

Thanks Zoranth. Looks great. My Iatty is now all cleaned out and waiting for Bruce to reply. I believe it is because the top plastic piece is not screwing tight, allowing liquid to leak through the connector. Other then that I dont see any other way for the liquid to leak.
spiff and Don, the upper plastic has 8mm threads so it cant leak if you tight it. But please check if small amounts of plastic (like hairs) are stuck to the base of the threads.
The other thing you have to check is the o-rings inside the ceramic. First you put the 2/2, then the 4/1,5. Then put the ceramic inside plastic. And check if the hole where the ceramic goes in clean.

I have checked all these pieces over and over again. Everything is fine except for the top plastic piece. It will not screw tight and just keeps turning and turning. I know that is why I am having leakage as everything else is tight and in place.
Then yes, thats the problem spiff, I didnt knew that. A new piece of plastic is required
One more thing to check is that your wire is not slipping down onto the threads as this could cause the problem
UK is right. The wire has to stay on the base of the neck of the plastic parts. There is a small place on plastic's neck without threads. Thats where the wire goes
I just vaped for about 30 minutes and took the iAtty off my GGTS and touched the iAtty 510 connection. There is some juice on my finger but it's not leaking very bad. I wonder if anyone else has a little juice coming out of the atty connection?
Its because the wick leave some drops on the center post silentt. But when Iatty is screwed on the e-cig doesnt leak
I will wait 2-3 days and when I will receive the wires and the wick I will send those parts to Bruce, no worries spiff
Im getting leaks on both of mine, all plastics are screwed on as far as they go. Im hoping it's because I don't have the proper o-rings yet. I will wait for the o-rings and hope this solves the issue. Vapes like a dream though!
