the two 3/1,8 One of mine was leaking slightly like the way silent described, the other leaked REALLY bad out the connector but I think i found the problem. I took it apart and found that on the bottom of the 2 channels where the wick goes there were 2 pieces of delrin that where preventing it from screwing all the way down. I cut the suckers off and so far no leaks :D

the o-rings are the right ones so the leackage is from those silly plastic pieces around the neck of the plastic ainako. Now there is no reason to wait for o-rings :)

My iatty leaked all into my collector tank. Not in a good mood right now. I was just vaping it and was sucking juice into my mouth and then checked it all out and the CT was pretty full. I'm too tired to see what the problem is right now. My UFS is doing so good right now I'm just going to relax with that and sit on my couch.

Imeo;

When I got iAtty the ceramic already had the two o-rings that were the same size installed on it and the o-ring that is same size but thinner was loose in the bag. On first attempt I used it like that but on second attempt I placed smaller o-ring on first followed by the thinner bigger one that was loose as you explain on page #1. Then it was much easier to put the ceramic into the plastic.
Repent, I think you put the o-rings in the wrong way maybe so you have leakage. The fatter of the same ones (4mm) goes on moutpiece, the thinner (4mm) and the small goes on the ceramic. You first put on the ceramic the small, then the bigger. Can you please try to put them again?:)

Good morning Imeo;

I had installed the ceramic with the two o-rings that were already placed on the ceramic, the ones that were the same size. The loose o-ring (smaller than the other two) in the package I figured was for the mouthpiece. I've since placed the smaller o-ring first on the ceramic followed by one of the others as you explained on page #1. Much easier to get the ceramic into the plastic that way! Had a really hard time getting it to fit the first time, and I've got good hand strength.

Sorry to hear that, silent- I was having similar issues at first as well, I too found it difficult to get both ceramic orings into the plastic. I was just using it with one oring in place.
Reading imeo/repent's posts quoted below heiped me out. The ceramic comes with two same size orings on it, but after removing the bottom one
and replacing it with the one that was in the mouthpiece when I got it, as repent described, made it much easier to get the ceramic fully in place and
solved my leaking issue. The mouthpiece seal is much better too.
I carefully used the flat edge of a butter knife to work the top ceramic oring fullly into the plastic.
You do have to be careful not to push it down too much, just into place.
Some replacement orings of the proper sizes will no doubt be coming soon, as Imeo has posted, but for now this way is working perfectly for me:vapor:

Remember to apply Vaseline to the locations specified in the video's as well.

Mine doesn't leak at all unless I unscrew the cone too far past 1mm.
I unscrewed it to about 2mm (possibly more) and juice started to gurgle in the coil and dripped out the threaded end. That'll learn me :p
True this, I use VG only so I've needed to keep the cone a bit more open than usual, but too much and you've definitely got leaking.
it takes a bit of experimentation to get it just right for your juice, but such a great adjustment option to have!

Silentt, I was quite disheartened too before as mine kept leaking as well. But I found that it was due to the fact that the delrin parts were not screwed in tight enough. At first I worried that I could over screw it and possibly ruin the threads on the delrin. But the part are machined very specifically that it makes it nearly impossible to do so. I'm a pretty strong person (deadlift 405 squat 385 bench 320) and I screwed on it as tight as I could and did not damage the delrin threads. try putting on the second o-ring on the cup and try screwing the delrin pieces as hard as you can, just make sure you don't cross thread! Good luck with it silentt

Oh my. I left my iAtty on my silver bullet when I went to work today and I finally wasn't busy and checked it out. Well all the juice in the tank was over my glass computer desk everywhere. The whole tank came out over the silver bullet and over everything. Not a good day for iAtty. Silent isn't doing good yet :( I will get a hang of it though, no worries.

i was having the same issue with leakage out of the atty connector. i followed moshmarr's solution by switching one of the same sized o-rings bruce used on the ceramic piece with the mouthpiece o-ring (i put the larger mouthpiece ring on the ceramic first). i think its totally cleared up the leakage, so hopefully you'll be all set once you do the same silentt. good luck!

Are plastics clean silentt? I mean are there any plastic pieces left on them? Also are you sure that when you unscrew the cone you dont unscrew the upper plastic at the same time?
