Hi.
So the problem is that my tank leaks through coils and the juice is gathering at the airflow. I've seen videos on how to fix that but it doesn't seem to work. I used X4 Baby Beast coil as well as GT4 coil for my NRG tank. Its worse when I leave it overnight, the next day juice is everywhere at the bottom airflow. It seems that the coil is taking up too much juice and it flows down through the coil? Looking for some help, please and thank you.

Hi mate,
Do you have spare o-rings for your tanks?
Take the tanks to bits, give them a good wash and then reassemble with your spare o-rings.
Swap them all and see if it resolves your issue.
I presume you are using 60%VG or greater liquids and that the coils/tanks are all tightened firmly.

Best of luck

I did change the o-ring for the bottom of my tank. I wanted to change the top o-ring as well as the chimney one, but the glass tube sits really tight with the top. I might try again if the problem is still there after changing bottom ring, because I only did that an hour ago. I can still see some juice on the coil through the airflow holes

If everything is tight, your loss of vacuum is typically a bad o-ring somewhere.
Hope you get it resolved.
cheers

Check the fill slot seal. It may not be seated correctly. Just take it out, clean it and reseat it and see if that works. Otherwise, completely take it apart and recheck each seal. I got money on the top orings not being seated right, especially the one where the glass meets the top cap. Good luck with that

Try a different coil........ what is the pg level of the juice?

Fwiw these leaks are why i learned to build coils.... factory heads leak.... they leak less when you put your own wick and coil in the head though. . And RBA leak even less than that.

As I said I tried both the X4 and the GT4 coils, both with the same problem :(
Oh and the juice I'm using now is 70% VG although I had 100% VG in it and the leak wasn't as bad, which is obvious because the juice is alot thicker.

My bet is either the fill slot seal as MrStik said, or a little o-ring where top of the coil connects with the chimney. From what I see, I'd say the second one might the problem. I'll give it a go later on and let you guys know. Thanks for rerouting me to the o-rings, I was pretty sure my tank is f****d

Maybe crossthreading of the chimney?

Kayfun Prime for the win or the Kayfun 5 for the win I have yet to experience any leaking unless I intentionally flood the tank. And I do agree with the poster that said Factory coil heads leak they typically do to get over saturated and that's something else maybe you have too much vacuum
