Is this the authentic or clone?
I currently have kayfun lite plus that wont stop leaking from the air adjuster. Ive replaced all the orings in the unit, couple of times with no luck. Even tried raising my build higher and still nothing.. Peforms amazing, is the kicker.. In fact probably the best out of the 5 russian/kfl I have, but Ive also come to terms that the leak will probably never be remedied.

If the leak is coming from 510 connection, you can dissemble the 510 center pin and re install with small o ring on it. Just make sure your 510 post is lined up with the hole as extra oring will change its native position.
If has on it If the leak is coming out from airhole, then you probably have a torn up o ring on the top chimmy. Almost all cases with the exception of mine, the leaks is caused by loss of pressure due to a bad o ring.. Sometimes the chimmy becomes lose, and end up with similar result.

If the leak is from the fill screw, that could be a bad o-ring on that fill screw, the little tiny one. I have a lot of issues with those shredding.

I also sometimes get leaks from *somewhere* when a nearly-empty kayfun is lying on its side all night -- I have to start doing my refills before bed instead of first thing in the morning.

I don't have the v2 so no O-ring. Like I said, I've always gotten a little leaking from the fill screw. Especially if I carried it around in my pocket or let it get really warm. Just getting considerably more now. I'm thinking probably a mil a day. Maybe I just need to get new screws or something.

Hmmm... I didn't know mine was a v2, they're tobeco clones, KFL+, and one ehpro clone KFL+. Maybe putting one of those tiny o-rings on the fill screw would help?

Well, I never cease to be amazed by my own stupidity. I used a real screw driver to tighten down the screw rather than one of the dozen little blue handled ones I have accumulated. Hasn't leaked a drop all day.

I found its wise to invest in a good quality micro screwdriver set.

Less stripping and better torqueing (twerking?). :p

I never have used those micro-screwdrivers for their intended purpose; they do work pretty well to get the wick to stay parked on the little ledges, after juicing. Those bluedrivers are really too small for my hand, I just drop 'em. I've got a nice little phillips head, about 3 inches long, that works perfectly whether for the fill screw or the mounting screws, and it's big enough that I don't fumble and drop it.
