least expensive citrucy ejuice recommendation

I am looking for anything citrus that I can buy in a bigger bottle for low cost. I looked at ITC vapes but they don't carry my nic level (24mg). EC blends seems the least expensive at 50ml for $15. An other place I am missing?

Also I've been trying DIY with capella, flavor art, and lorrans but I'm missing something 'cause they come out bland.

Probably sweetener, also over flavoring can actually mute the flavor.
