I've never tried a mod with the button on the bottom, but it looks to awkward to me. I can't afford to buy something that I might not like. So, I guess I will never know if the SD is right for me or not.. That is the only reason why I would choose a 905 over an SD.

A few people I know on forums have had no joy with the 905. The light shines right in your eyes. If the batteries are put in the wrong way it shorts. The plastic breaks when you screw in an atty. Look at grimmgreens video.
The only plastic I see is the LED and like I said, on my device, it's an extremely hard plastic. Its just cheaply made with bits of plastic.
Actually, the version numbers aren't necessarily a reflection of poor quality, but instead a reflection of potential. All "good" forms of technology (i.e., cell phones, computers, cars, PVs) are improved upon if they have any potential. Doesn't the screwdriver have different versions? MKII and MKI?I think its up to version 3 already because of the glaring faults.![]()
Yeah, right.Im not here trying to sell any, doesn't bother me what people buy. I just like to try and help people out who may not have much experience with ecigs and can hopefully have as easy a time as possible.
Deena, I bought a 905 last week from NHalers. Not too happy with that decision. I had to send it back after 3 days. I wanted to trade it back and pay the difference for an XHaler but they wouldn't do it. They say their gonna fix it. The problem is that vendors are still selling units that melt down (cleaning cycle? please). They may have improved it but there's a lot of faulty ones out there that are being sold. If I knew then what I know now I probably would have got a different mod.
snip.... I have had mine for a little over two months, and I have dropped it at least a dozen times and it still works fine. I looks all nicked up from dropping it, but it still works great and nothing has broken on it.
I think the one i have is considered V2, and yes it does have the so called "cleaning cycle" issue, but who cares. I just turn if off when I put it down. After all, when you smoke an analog, you have to put out the burning cigararette ....... Right? It's not like you can just throw your burning cigarette .... on the carpet. .....snip........ So, just turn off the DSE905 when you put it down. If it does start the cleaning cycle, you can just turn off the power switch on the bottom. There is no need to unscrew anything.
....big snip.......
The bottom line is this. If you want a great big batt mod and you don't want to spend a lot of money, then get the DSE905. I love mine and since I got it, I have not used my joye 510 or my SE RN4081 at all.
No coupon code for Value Vapor that I know of. The prices are always really low.
Ya, you're right, hey, one question...does you're have a cut-off?
I had a V2 and I swear it was 5 seconds. Barely enough time to get a good hit. I just ordered one from VV.
