I've got a 510 tank system and I like the tanks fine, but it's starting to annoy me. They leak in the PCC, the air channels get clogged, I get juice on my fingers and clothes, and I have to refill them more often than I would like. What kind of set up would be simpler and cleaner? Cartridges, cartomizers, clearomizers, drip tips? Also, is there somewhere I can get prefilled 510 cartos/carts for less than $10 a 5-pack that have good juice?

I agree that Protanks, Davide clearomizers, and Puritanks, are simple. I also agree a good tank(IBT or Phiniac) will not leak. The same air channels will get clogged, especially the Protank and mods, as you are not changing the air flow area, when you change the heads. All mods require some cleaning to maintain efficiency.

I have more problems with my juice bottles leaking in my case, than I do with either of the above.

Clearomizers are the simplist, easy fill and go. You sacrifice some flavor with these though. For 510 threads, I recommend the Innokin iClear 30 or Kanger Protank.

A cartomizer will tank a few minutes setup time with each tank, but thereafter refills only take a minute. A quality cartotank like an IBTanked won't leak, excellent flavor if you find the right cartomizer to go in it. I like Ikenvapes, too, but they can be hard to get. I use Smoketech as my backup carto.

100% agree, the flavor sacrifice is worth it imo. I can build rba's with the best of them, but day-day use, can't go wrong with the clearo's mentioned on this thread. BTW...I prefer the T3 over the Evod, just a preference when I use the quick and dirty eGo twist for out and about.
