Legal status of homemade e-juice?

This looks like an old thread, but I wonder if anyone has any current information on restrictions of selling your own 'home-made' e-liquid? does a guy need anything other than a local business license? just wonderin'.

Eventually the FDA will get around to cracking down on the Mom and Pop shops that mix up their own liquid. Any lab making products for human consumption is supposed to register with the FDA. I would assume that Totally Wicked and Vermont Vapor does the same.

Thanks Vocalek, that's good information. I've contacted the FDA as well. I'll post their response here when I receive it.
