Something no one has mentioned yet is to be mindful of the quantity of nicotine you consume.
As you progress you might start doing your own wicks and coils and the better you get at it, you'll make more vapor and use more nicotine. A lot of people cut down on their nicotine level once they start using rebuildable atomizers. Some people seem to never have a problem with vaping 10ml of 36mg nic per day, others might get headaches, tinnitus, dizziness, etc. with less than 2ml of 12mg nic.

Don't think you have to buy a $50+ mod to get a satisfying vape. I have manual 808 cig-alike batteries on small Kanger E-smart clearomizers for when I'm out and they perform well. I do want a mod soon don't get me wrong but for home I'm using two Vision Spinners on an iClear 16 and a Vision Nano and they're great. Fully satisfying vapes.

When vaping in public, be polite and respect the rules of whatever establishment (pub, restaurant, pool hall, music venue, etc) you are patronizing. When in doubt, ask your host if it's Ok to use your inhaler in his/her joint.

And be sure to use the term "inhaler." ;)
