Seems like this question is asked really often. People are looking for Juul like juice. Surely someone has found a suitable substitute.
I’ve heard several different awnsers to it. You get the standard problem with artificial flavors though: different people taste stuff differently. Probably someday someone will dig out a gas chromatograph and do a one for one clone the stuff. No one has tried I think partially because the stuff isn’t actually better. It’s just what some people are used to.
It’s the first thing they tried, and they’re used to that, I get that. I’ve never tried one so I have no idea what they taste like. Not even sure what flavors they come in, mint I think was one.
I imagine very strongly flavored too, probably hard to find in other juices.
Part of the issue is the JUUL flavoring is formulated for the JUUL hardware, which is to say a low wattage single micro coil glass wick stealth mini with extremely low vapor production. I suspect this is a reason they don’t sell their juice. Put the stuff in decent hardware and it’s going to taste different.
As far as i can tell, juul has one purpose for me....i can pretty much vape it right under my supervisors nose at work and no one notices. Thats really all i have to add to this topic and i know i went off tangent. I tend to do that a lot.
It's kind of difficult to start out DIY'g when you are still trying out new equipment and establishing your taste favorites. One shot flavors are starting to gain momentum for those interested in mixing their own and want to start out simple. One shot flavors (OS/Flavor Blends) are premixed flavors that are only designed to be used on their own and mixed with a base of Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin and Nicotine (at least one/two/all of the three). One shot mixing is supposed to be close to the flavor promoted on the bottle. These mixes may allow some adjustment of the strength (percentage) of the mix. OS Mixing can be a good introductory to DIY. One shots and flavor blends are simply added per directions to the mixer's desired mixing base, Shake and Vape (SnV) or steep as directed.

I like "Mr Salt-e" brand juice for high mg salt juice. YMMV though.
It really depends on how high you are talking. Personally, depending on how high, it might be easier to find a 0 nic or low freebase nic juice you like, then add nic salts to it to get to your desired percentage.
I have seen Mr. Salt-E on sale but never tried it, I DIY and I started with nic salts but now I use freeebase. Good luck,

I have a Solace Salts Black Sea Salt Blueberry at 25mg nic that seems to have a hit a lot like the J and it has good flavor. There are many options available online, you might just need to try some small bottles to see what you like.
Also KAIs Virgin Vapor has nic salts that are likely worth checking out.
Picked up a bottle of Watermelon Ice (or Iced Watermelon) at 25 mg from MFS's, pretty good. Really really iced. Minty freshness in sheer abundance for sure, with a hint of watermelon on the back end. Still for the price (8 and change for 30 ml) couldn't really complain.
Vapecentric or Breazy has some decent prices and I like Cloudy Crystal salts tobacco creme and strawberry milk I think it’s called. They were both delicious nic salts. I very rarely buy commercial but they were both good and Charlie Noble salts pistachio ry4 is good if you like pistachios, that’s all I got

well, i do also think juice for jull are formulated for it only, thats why users are tied with that device...
in general speaking, VCT, Kingcrest and also sadboy teardrops are the best salts, love vct over all,
