If we have to put up with the awful GoDaddy ads in the Superbowl, then Huffington Post can quit bellyaching about these ones for sure.

Air those first two ads during the Super Bowl and there would be about a million guys flipping up their laptops to log on to the VIP web site. Even the non-smokers would be checking it out, lol. Really ingenious ads.

Plus the Huffington Post is anti-vaping and very supportive of those wanting it banned.

Let's face it. All these products are 1) terrible and 2) unsatisfactory in relation to the nicotine yield and 3) colossally expensive.
They will sell because of these ads. A lot of people will move up to proper e-cigs.
Everybody wins.
Except too many people will feel ripped off or give up on the whole idea.

The vaping industry is still in it's infancy. You can look at ads in the early stages of many new industries and scratch your head when you look back, 30, 40 or 50 years.

I view the ad as nothing more than one brand of vaping equipment, wanting to attract a specific demographic and wanting that demographic to associate THEIR brand with being sexy and cool. Look at the ads (although tame in comparison) for Football here in the states. They almost always have attractive women (usually cheerleaders) somewhere in the ads - for a reason.

Maybe the male ad is directed toward a particular demographic, but the only demographics the female ad may be eliminating are other females, gay men and the dead.
