Let the wait begin

Finally pulled the trigger and ordered a new mini. Now for the waiting game (I'm impatient ).

So....... how accurate is their wait time listed on their site? Currently listed @4-8 days....

I got mine 2 weeks ago. I ordered it late Monday night (after hours) and it shipped on Wednesday, so at least for my silver mini it was a 1 day turnaround.

I got mine at a B&M walked out of there with it in my hot little hands. But I bet you got a better price. Rest assured even if it's a month it will be worth it. BTW I hope it doesn't take near that long.

Ordered another mini on Friday night, no shipping yet - will keep you posted. Its usually between 2-4 days. Sent another one in for a new board, hoping their repair turnaround is quick cause I don't know what I'll do with only two provaris at home.

Yeah, the turn around was quick for me too. Ordered my Metallic Bronze with a green LED last Wednesday night and it shipped on Thursday. The turn around probably just depends on if they have the body/LED color combo you specified in stock.

I ordered mine last Sat 6/8. It shipped on 6/10, and is arriving today.
I have a question though for IBtanked users. I ordered a few tanks from them last Saturday, and got the standard automated confirmation, but nothing since.
My problem is I only ordered punched carto's. Hate to have a new Provari, and no delivery system to thread to it!
I filled out a contact form on Sunday, as I needed to change the order to XL tanks. Response = Nada
I left a voice mail Tuesday, with a return phone number, and referenced my order # in case they wanted to email me. Response = Nada
Everyone here has raved about their product line, so I'm a patient guy. But I would think 4 days to respond to contact form is long enough I should have some type of return contact?
I'm a patient guy though, and who know's what up with their personal/biz life's..
I can buy a couple of "get me by" carto tanks locally, but I was planning on investing more into IBtanked's products, and expect them to be a bit more customer oriented?

I have around 5-6 tankes from them and they all shipped pretty quickly (standard setups). Recently however, I placed an order for a tank (last... Tuesday?) and have yet to hear back anything from them regarding shipping.

Don't know what's going on but I wouldn't worry about it, they're real stand up guys and will take care of things. I'm sure there's a reason this is happening.

I ordered mine last Saturday, shipped on Tuesday. Had it on Thursday. It was a full size Provari, but it looks like they are shipping two business days after the order is placed.

Nice! I actually work in Orchard Park small world (or big forum ;-))

Mine came today, loving it so far. At some point I'll have to research why it actually vapes better than my other mods, but it certainly does. The hiss on my protanks is nice an smooth which I figure is evidence of the consistent voltage it delivers.

Now I just have to figure out a way to get some work done and not play with my new toy all afternoon.

I received my Mini V2.5 in satin silver last week but had an issue with the display (legs in the LED were lighting up wrong so I couldn't read the numbers). The unit fired properly but I couldn't read what the voltage was set to. Contacted Provape and it went back the next day. Today, one day after they received it, I got a tracking number for the replacement/repair.

Good experience so far with everyone at Provape I've dealt with, and fast turnaround. I'm impressed!
