I am apparently tank impaired.
I can not get any vape using the tank.
All the videos I've watched don't really show connecting the tank.
Woe is me! I'm beginning to abhor dripping, very difficult if you driving.

Get a pre punched cartomizer (best for tank beginners) and fill it with juice. Put a drip tip on it that will fit through the tank hole.

Put a little tiny dab of juice on the o-rings on the tank's cap holes. Slide it into the bottom hole of the empty tank, drip tip first. Careful not to shred the o-rings. Slide the cart up until it's about 3/4 into the tank.

Tilt the tank and add juice around the cartomizer, filling it to about 50%.

Carefully slide the cartomizer through the top cap hole so both caps are sealed by the cart. Thread the cartomizer protruding from the tank bottom onto your device like any other atty/cart. Vape like a champ.
