Just put a 5/6 wrap of .6 ribbon on a 3/32 in the KFL. Comes in at 1.5. Pappy your right the cotton was easier to get in the coil and I was able put a little more in it than the 5/64. I'm going to see how I like it. I'm hope that with the cotton not so tight it will help the wicking.

Yes, too much cotton is the #1 mistake people make when wicking their Kayfuns.

May have to give the 5/64 a go with less cotton.

That's what I do. 5/64. Best way to tell if you have too much cotton is if when you are pulling it through the coil you do not want it to bunch up on the trailing entryway. If it bunches, pull off a little cotton and redo. Repeat as required.

raining outside today... guess I wont pull weeds, mow lawn, wash car, chop wood, etc... hmmm also just noticed that my hand is a bit tender too ;)

sooo... what I did do was drill another hole in the Igo-w and loaded it up with Legend. Air flow is the secret to dripping, much better performance from the dripper now :)

need to cut back on the nic lvl tho... 36 is a bit much ;)
